First of all we write to thank you for your
cooperation on this difficult project - there was a good working
relationship between Interclass and yourselves. There have been no
reported leaks or issues on the roof since hand over and we did not
had any adverse feedback from site during your works. We would have
no problem with working you on future projects.

I am writing to thank you on behalf of JBR for the good standards
employed during the recent re-cladding of our works offices pitched
roof.
As you know, the existing roof was in poor condition, leaking in
several places causing damage to the building fabric & especially to
the electrical services in the roof void. The roof had been patched
before & was beyond reasonable long-term repair. Therefore we
elected to replace the roof with an over-sailed steel sheet
alternative.
We prefer to stay local with as many engineering, construction
services as possible & obtained quotes from a number of local &
nationwide roofing companies. Your quote was competitive & you also
gave us confidence that the works would be carried out to good
standards & (most importantly) in a safe manner, compliant with law,
legislation & guidelines.
Your flexibility to work around us enabled the works to be carried
out without hindrance to our process or personnel. Indeed most of
the works were carried out at weekends & went unnoticed by the
workers in the office area.
I was impressed by the level of safety employed by your company, its
employees & its scaffolding subcontractor. You provided risk
assessments, method statements & provided a level of onsite
supervision that many contractors fail to do. All of your employees
used the correct safe working procedures & PPE. This was observed &
noted by myself during my daily site inspections & during the many
times I passed by the works in my normal daily duties.
The installation was neat, to good standard & tidy. The work &
storage area was cleared to good standard upon completion.
